Sorry I’ve been away for a while! Time flies. I’ve been busy with my other projects, and I work no more than 4 hours per day (new rule). My monthly online income totals have been consistently between $3,000 and $4,500 for the last few months. June is looking good. Not bad for no commute, no “work wardrobe” to maintain, no bosses (!!!), setting my own hours, not having to see clients, not having to answer the phone all day, and not being stressed out by office B.S. I believe you can get to this point, too. So check out my articles on how to get started. And yes, I’m able to pay off debt like crazy.

Niche websites or blogs can make real money

You can really make good money online by starting your own niche website or niche blog.
I personally am a huge fan of Wordpress blogging, as I find it the easiest to use and gives good results when it comes to getting found by the search engines - if you have the proper plug-in(s) installed on your blog. But we’ll talk about that in another post.
Pick a topic you like so you don’t get tired of it and find it a real chore. It should be something you would enjoy reading/writing about for at least 20 minutes a day. This is another reason why I like the blog format: it is meant to be worked on a little every day. You can add a short article to a website every day (each article being a new page), but with a blog the whole process is easier. Wordpress does a good bit of the work for you when it comes to making sure your pages all link together, keeping things orderly, etc.
Anyway, back to choosing the topic for your niche website or blog. It can be a TV show, hobby, a certain breed of cat, a style of cuisine, a career or business you know about…or something more personal like dealing with insomnia, living with chronic fatigue syndrome, or going through a divorce. You’d be surprised how many affiliate products like e-books there are on topics you wouldn’t have thought of. You could also write your own e-book and sell it through your web site or blog.
Put AdSense on it and work on it at least 3 days per week for 3 months. Join blog communities/directories like Blog Catalog, My Blog Log, etc. Network it. Keep working on your blog or website. Slowly add affiliate links where appropriate. Check out Clickbank for e-books you can promote. Sign up with Statcounter and add their code to your pages to get helpful insight into the minds of your visitors. This will help guide you in creating in-demand content.
Get your niche site or blog online today by signing up with HostGator. They offer cheap web hosting and easy Wordpress installation. Good customer service, too. Just order “Linux” web hosting with the Baby plan. You can upgrade later on.
Check out my online income totals, I post them every month. Not to brag, just so you can see this stuff does work. My online income comes from niche blogs (and a regular website) through e-book sales, AdSense, and affiliate programs.

Build A Niche Store And Make Serious Money With BANS

You may have heard of a product called Build A Niche Store or BANS. With BANS, you can make a niche website selling products through eBay’s affiliate programs.
eBay has one of the best affiliate programs, with payouts of 50% of eBay’s revenue. They’ll also pay you $25 for anyone that signs up, bids, and wins an item.
I have had such success with eBay affiliate websites that I hesitate to share how much I love BANS, because I really don’t need more competition. It’s pretty wide open right now, and my niche sites have been picked up by Google (and the others) quickly. I get organic traffic to my eBay affiliate sites and I may branch out into using AdWords ads for even more traffic, but right now I’m still building more sites so that’s where my focus is.
BANS lets you create your own eBay affiliate website in about 10 minutes. Seriously. It’s a true turn-key solution.
You’ll love it if you’ve built sites from scratch.
You’ll love it even if you don’t know HTML from FTP.
No matter what your website experience level is, you’ll get great results from BANS.
That’s the beauty of BANS. BANS creates clean, slick-looking websites almost effortlessly. I’m truly impressed with this product and the fact that it sells for $97, which I think is an absolute STEAL. BANS delivers real value.
Just think of an item you’d like to sell and build your niche affiliate website with BANS.
Do you want to be in the antiques business, but don’t want to deal with searching flea markets, loading furniture, haggling with buyers, having inventory…build a niche site with BANS and specialize in French antiques, or antique dolls, or antiquarian books!
You get to choose topics you’re interested in (ok maybe you’re just interested in the money) and then you get BANS up and running, and you’re in business.
Wanna know what else I love about BANS (besides making money)? BANS is fun.

My February Online Income

My February online income fell short of last month’s but was still a respectable $2456. It is almost 100% profit, and the time spent to earn that amount is probablyabout 4 hours per day. I’m trying to streamline my workflow to make myself more efficient and less prone to distractions. I’ve heard time management experts state that e-mail is the #1 biggest time waster and I would have to agree with that. So much junk to delete…so many trivial matters that force their way into your mind through e-mail. I hate e-mail!
My income comes from adsense and affiliate links on my blogs along with my e-book sales on my niche website. The e-book sales were down in February and one of the blogs is related to a TV show which was affected by the strike and so traffic (and therefore income) plummeted.
