I decided to try WhyPark.com after hearing about them recently from a pretty savvy internet marketer.
Since I have many, many domain names sitting around I was interested in what WhyPark had to say. Yes, that link in that last sentence is an affiliate link. One of the great thigs about WhyPark is their affiliate program that pays affiliates $45 per sign-up. That said, though, I don’t recommend anything that I don’t think is a great product.
Back to the story - I’ve tried Sedo before but wasn’t fond of making pennies per month. What a joke! Sedo didn’t work for me at all. I had a lot of views but hardly any clicks.
I know I could develop and host all of the domain names I’ve collected, but I have 10 or so developed domains right now that could use further work, and right now I don’t have the time to develop and manage 100+ sites. So WhyPark is a very good way to hold and monetize my domain names until I can work on them. UPDATE: Some of them are doing so well right now I may never touch them!
Here’s the WhyPark deal: 99 dollars you can have 100 domains delivering good quality content. 99 bucks is WhyPark’s
one-time fee. Not bad. So I decided to try WhyPark.
Adding the domain names to your WhyPark account is easy enough. I had my keyword tool open, my adsense account open to make a channel and get ad code for each name, and it was a piece of cake. With a little keyword tweaking/editing the process probably took 5 to 10 minutes per domain at most. WhyPark’s site is extremely easy to use - I was impressed.
Already these domain names are making way more than they ever did on Sedo. So here it is one more time, a link to WhyPark.
WhyPark Review UPDATE!
I’m officially in love with WhyPark! I now have about 60 domain names listed on WhyPark. Each name has its own adsense channel so I can track its earnings, and I’ve submitted most of the names to search engines (free) using Search Engine Submit.
I haven’t done any marketing. Listing them on WhyPark and submitting to search has been the only time investment so far. I’m not supposed to give specific Adsense earnings, but like I said, on Whypark it’s more than 4 times what Sedo was making. Whypark is a far better domain monetization system and it was more user friendly than Sedo.
While my domains don’t make enough money to pay the mortgage, it is far more than I was earning when I signed up with WhyPark. My results so far are very promising and I have to say –WhyPark works.
******WHYPARK REVIEW UPDATE #2
Remember earlier I said Whypark was making me four times what Sedo was making? Well, make that ten times more. Needless to say, I’m happy with Whypark.
Let me explain Whypark a little more. You set up your domains, add keywords and meta info, add your adsense code, and they do the rest. What Whypark does is this: they provide a constant flow of articles (good content, not junk) that are based on your keywords. With Whypark you can also add additional pages with whatever articles you may have written (or purchased), affiliate linked text, etc.
In my experience, the CTR (click through rate) has been phenomenal. I have high-paying ads on my sites so it adds up fast. All in all Whypark has exceeded my expectations. IMO, Whypark kicks Sedo’s ass!
