One in one out rule

DEBT MOM WANTS TO KNOW: ARE YOU A SHOPAHOLIC?

Do you live by the one in one out rule? This seems almost too easy. For every item you purchase, you must eliminate an item you already have.
Waste not, want not.

Look at your closet. Is it organized? All your clothes hanging up, accessories and shoes all put away on the shelves? Or is your closet a cluttered mess and you’r unsure of what’s actually clean and what’s really dirty.

It seems many shopaholics might also be in debt. Is that shocking? No it’s not.

So now the question is, are you in debt, and do you shop a lot? I mean do you shop for stuff that you realistically and honestly don’t need? Do you fall victim to the FOMO email telling you about a sale? Then, do you find yourself online shopping for something you didn’t even know you wanted?

WANTED not NEEDED.

If so you need Debt Mom.

  • I’m the person that’s going to tell you NO.
  • I’m the person that’s going to remind you to stay on budget.
  • I’m the person that’s going to remind you that you shouldn’t be spending money you don’t have on stuff you don’t need.

Sometimes you need someone to be the voice of reason. I’m here for you!
